The Design Studio

Natural light floods through floor-to-ceiling windows as our design team sketches the season's collection. Every line is drawn by hand, every pattern refined through countless iterations. We believe technology should serve craft, not replace it.

The Cutting Room

Here, master cutters work with precision instruments passed down through generations. Each pattern piece is positioned to honor the leather's natural grain and minimize waste. A single jacket requires over forty individual cuts, each made with surgical precision.

The Sewing Floor

Vintage sewing machines hum steadily as artisans guide leather through intricate seams. Many of our craftspeople learned their trade from parents and grandparents who worked in legendary fashion houses. This continuity of knowledge is our greatest asset.

Quality Control

Before any piece leaves our atelier, it undergoes rigorous inspection. Our quality control team examines every stitch, every edge, every detail. Only pieces that meet our exacting standards bear the The Leather Base label.
